Mark J. Coleman, President and CEO.

Mark founded MCE in 1998 and directs corporate development, planning and acquisitions for the company. He works closely with community buyers and sellers on contracts, due diligence - including financial and market analysis, up to the close of escrow. Marks' extensive experience in real estate dates back to the mid 1980s. He began his career by assuming responsibility for the management, and leasing of a 180,000 square foot retail complex located in Vancouver Canada. As a result of this retail exposure, in 1986 he established a ladies accessory store. From 1986 to 1996 the one Vancouver store grew to a chain of 12 across Canada. His affinity for real estate however reemerged in 1997 after he spearheaded the acquisition, financing, and overall asset management of a 130 space community in Arizona. He then decided to form his own company. MC Equities, LLC was established in 1998. Mark holds a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an M.B.A. in marketing.

Richard is responsible for directing financial reporting, administrative activities and financing acquisitions. Prior to joining MCE, Richard spent 5 years as Financial Controller for Mortgage Network of Canada Ltd., where he was responsible for the financial reporting and tax preparation of the corporation and administration of privately held investments. Richard holds a professional CMA designation with proven expertise in strategic financial management. His vision and broad based management capabilities are invaluable to the strategic direction of the company and the day-to-day operations of our portfolio.
